The water backpack has a new friend!

This trip one of our Kenya board members, Professor Dominic Mwenja, who loves the water backpack organized a meeting for him, Sammy and I to meet the wife of the Vice President of Kenya, Rachael Ruto. Her focus for this administration is water.

We spent 2 hours with her sharing about the work if Partners for Care. She is a woman of faith and very humble. She appreciated us for our work.

When she saw the water backpack she asked us to fill it with water so she could try it. She posted on her Facebook about the pack:

With Her Excellency’s support we are one step closer to helping everyone in Kenya have safe water by using the water backpack.
